  1. The kitchen aid is what I’ve been thinking of getting too. It is not cheap and I talked out of myself by thinking that if I get it then I’ll have to bake more often and I’d be eating too much…😜 But I’d love to watch Chloe bake so go get it girl!

Next time to make the pancakes more fluffy like the souffle pancakes, you can try just putting the sweetener in the egg whites while beating till really fluffy and mixing in the salt with the egg yolks. Salt deflates your egg whites. This is optional but it really helps the egg whites to not deflate; you can add some cream of tartar or lemon juice. Acid helps stabilize the egg whites.

  3. I asked my family to all contribute towards a kitchen aid for my 21st bday (which was October 2019) then NZ went into lockdown march 2020…I did soo much baking. I was so glad and fortunate to have gotten my kitchen aid when I did. It's life-changing when it comes to baking xx

  4. I just made her pancakes, they were delicious! I didn't have coconut flour so I just used almond flour. I also added a scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen Powder. I made some blueberry sauce made with Monkfruit sweetener to top these wonderful pancakes. I will definitely be making these again!
