  1. The buckwheat crepe is the traditionnal crepe from Bretagne in France, where they call it the "black wheat", and the only one allowed there for salty crepes. Just delicious with a bit of tomato sauce and cheese, salted spinach, caramelized onions… or an egg if not veggie!

  2. Try these with homemade nutella or honey and crushed walnuts mum used to make them all the time just larger and thinner so they don't unroll. As a child this was my favorite food.
