  1. I made the chocolate cake because I’ve been trying to find recipes for “sweets” that don’t require sweetener. The cake would be better with sweetener, but it’s a nice way to enjoy a “chocolate soufflé” of sorts. Chocolate is so healthy! I just put extra butter when I ate it.

  2. really? I’m pretty sure eating that much butter, chocolate and eggs is extremely unhealthy. as unhealthy as it gets, actually. will you explain your thoughts on how and why you think that cake is healthy? it’s basically a high colesterole, high fat (mostly saturated) chocolate omelette.
