  2. I know you are a nutritionist. Are you aware of, and if you are what is your opinion on, sugar/carbs effects on cortisol levels? It's looking like the standard American script for bfast needs to be flipped. Stacking carbs later in the day and hardly eating any in the morning so our cortisol levels don't flux. I have to for my health actually eat super low carb/sugar, so most of those bfast and snacks would be my amount on a "cheat day" and when I do I'm in so much pain and anxiety because it fs my endocrine system up.
