  1. I replaced the oil with applesauce and when I used a tablespoon of baking powder, I found that it was too much sodium and tasted a bit too salty so next time I'll use half a tablespoon of baking powder. But great recipe. It's refreshing how there's no bananas in it 🙂 <3

  5. You can also add a 1/4 cup of unsweetened Apple sauce as well to replace the eggs and it adds some nutrition to your food. Just a thought though! I make waffles for my kids.. Their favorite. I added chocolate chips to the waffle mixture for the kids and blueberry for me. once it's in the waffle maker so it's cooked right into the waffle. I also use grape seed oil for cooking as well as coconut!
