  1. I love Indian food and usually buy the jarred sauces. This blows them away. It was absolutely delicious. I look forward to keeping this on a regular rotation. The only thing I did differently was I cut the cooked cutlets into bite sized pieces to make it easier to eat at my desk at work. 💗💗💗

  2. Wonderfull, I'm thinking steamed asparagus on the side with that sauce on drizzled over it. Perfect dinner and I'm starved. I just bought 3 lbs of bone in thin sliced chops and this is on Saturday or maybe Friday. I have fresh green beans also and was planning green beans with bacon and potatoes but the bacon and potatoes will keep for some time. So back to the grocer tomorrow for some half and half or heavy cream. I have all of the other ingredients and still unemployed due to covid 19 so I'm doing this.

  3. What a fantastic recipe. I was afraid to use curry so I did a mixture of chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder and salt. I do evening suppers for a group we call "Supper Club" and the curry worried me a little. It is a fantastic coating that sticks to the pork. Thank you so much.
