  3. I rinse my canned beans very thoroughly, since that liquid they're in is MASSIVELY gas producing. Without it, beans are much easier to digest. It's definitely not worth the bit of flavor.

    Smart use of parchment paper against beets' red revenge! Nice.

I work 7 days a week so this type of meal prep is my goal in life. I would be interested to see a video where you provide suggestions for really “on-the-go” people to be successful and not get discouraged by the time constraint. Which, always happens to me!
