    Sesame seeds
    Roasted seaweed

    Breakfast:

    Oats
    Hemp-seeds
    Chia seeds
    Peanut butter (powder)
    Coconut milk (full fat)
    1 cup of liquid (soya-milk, water)
    Frozen berries
    Fresh strawberries

  7. I wish I had a big fridge and a freezer. Btw do you freeze these meals or just keep them in the fridge?

    I'm afraid of eating mushrooms older than a day, are they really safe to eat after 4-5 days if they're in the fridge? I'm new to meal prep in general.
