  1. Y'all, these recipes were so easy and absolutely delicious!! I can't wait for you to try them!! And thank you to everyone with your Mac and Cheese suggestions! Leave me comment and tell me what your favorite appetizer recipe is!! Love you!!

  2. I always make a bread bowl dip in a french bread loaf. You cut out the top and some of the bread underneath and cut that up for dipping. Mix 1 small can crushed black olives, 1- 8 oz cream cheese, 1= 16 oz sour cream, 1 package of buddig pastrami cut up into bits, Knorr brand vegetable soup mix, 1 can diced green chilis, pinch salt/pepper. Pour that into the bread and bake 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. I usually buy another loaf of french bread and cut it up. . Once the dip is almost gone, you can start tearing the bread bowl apart and eating it with the dip. Nice to take to a parties because you can throw it all away when you are done…if there is anything left. This is always a hit

  3. Last night I went to bed thinking I’d make Mac and cheese as a side dish for our rib roast Christmas Eve dinner. Well… then along came your muffin Pan idea! I’m so making these! What I’m planning to do is avoid rinsing the macaroni, adding an egg, and allowing the “muffins” to completely cool before remove them. I know my husband would be happy if I made a test run soon!! Love you and your Bunkey!

  4. I dont know if this helps but I do make my baked mac and cheese that way (like you made the sauce) when I make it I temper in an egg…. maybe tempering in an egg will help these apps stick together….

  5. For the Mac and cheese cups you could add an egg or 2 to make it bind together or you could make a crust with like Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs and butter instead of putting it on top (or put it on top too Bc who doesn’t love carbs 😋)

  6. I made the Mac and cheese bites with bacon. They came out so good!! My 19 year old loved them! I didn’t rinse the macaroni and didn’t add egg and they held together! So yummy! They are gone!! I will be making again.

  7. Jessica I love these appetizer recipes!!! I’ve had the oyster crackers and NOW I have the recipe 😉😎🌲🌲🙏 can’t wait to tryout the others, ESPECIALLY the macaroni /cheese/ bacon bites. Thanks so much. Happy thanksgiving to you and your Bunkie🧡🧡🧡😉🍁

  8. I would be inclined to cook the macaroni and cheese bites in a mini muffin pan also with the pesto and chicken rolls I would cut the puff pastry in half the long way and make two rolls slice and bake because some of these things are big and they're too much for an appetizer.

  9. I knew a kid named Bunkie he was somewhere on my family tree and we were at Christmas at my evil grandmother's house which was a big farm on 900 acres in the middle of nowhere. My Uncle Bob live there as well and he was very fastidious we weren't even supposed to look into his room let alone put a foot into it and funky said come here and see this and he was in Uncle Bob's room! I said get out we can't go in there he said just for a second so I walked in and he locked the door we were both locked in!! Of course I started screaming because I didn't want to be locked in and then it was obvious that we were in Uncle Bob's room! Everything after that is kind of a blur but people made a big ass deal about it! I wonder whatever happened to Bunkie. he was a pain in the Razzmatazz!

  10. I live for pesto! It's the best. But you need to make your own. The stuff in the container tastes nothing like fresh pesto. It would be awesome to add sundried tomatoes to the pesto for the pinwheels. I am totally making those oyster crackers, too. Thanks for sharing.

  11. Ohhh Jessica! Those all look so yummy! I'm droolin'! One of my favorite appetizer recipes is called "Hanky Pankys". I've lost the recipe but am sure if you google it you'll find it. They're yummy and extra rich. They have browned breakfast sausage mixed with Velveeta on little cocktail rye square bread. I think they go under the broiler. Delicious and very filling! Thanks for sharing. Blessings!
