  3. Hi Alva I had a question, what should I take after I work out. I find myself not sleeping well and I think it’s because I’ve been working out 4-5 days a week. 3-4 cardio and 1-2 weights. I would think I’d be sleeping better but for some reason I’m not. My body feels heavy and not comfortable, I’ve taken zquil so I can get some sleep but it doesn’t work. Any recommendations? By the way I love Watching your videos! You motivate so much 🙂

  4. Yes love this video its perfect for someone starting their fitness journey like me who a few weeks ago ate a full bag of hot cheetos, gansitos, oreos and all that good stuff as snacks and even as meals lol thanks so much for this please give us more on food😀😀😀

  5. I recently discovered these chocolate chip cookies called Hannah Max Cookie Chips and they're available at Whole Foods & Target (cheaper by $1). They got peanut butter, dark chocolate chip w/ sea salt (7 cookies = 130 calories), chocolate chip (7 cookies = 140 calories), and cinnamon sugar ( 7 = 140 cal). They're so good! My current favorite snack 🙂
