  1. I'm so happy I live in Vegas that I can experience all these amazing places to eat both on and off the Strip. Some of the incredible mom-and-pop restaurants are every bit as good as the big resort-casinos. I love this town.

  2. I dare anyone to serve me a steak that was sliced in the kitchen. If someone brought me a steak that was already sliced they could just take it back and eat it themselves. Are they not sure about what they're doing? Do they need to check whether the meat is cooked to the desired point?

  3. when he says pepper does it mean pepper and garlic seasoning. cause i have one with pepper but says has garlic in it. i am not sure whether to put it on anyway or just put the salt on it. this is a great chef by far.

  4. I understand why Gordon keeps looking to his left, it's because he is full of energy and just way to fidgety. I've always been the same since I can remember, I just cannot stop it. The way I look around or jump straight into a task… that's how I know he is passionate at what he does.

  5. Holy crap I this is my first steak ever and I didn’t quite have everything like thyme and rosemary but it still was cooked to perfection thank you Gordon Ramsay it’s awesome and I’m only 15
