  2. First I have to say, you 2 are very cute together. Thank you for your videos. I made 1/2 batch of the apple butter (I have a 3qt instant pot as it's only me) and it is so good! OMG yum yum yum. It still made a quart almost full to the top. I'm curious of all the ways I can use it, besides toast, oatmeal, just eating it straight like apple sauce – haha. And wondering if you can freeze it. I will try a small container and wondering if you have. Thank you so much. I didn't realize how much I love apple butter until I saw your post / video on it. Thank you. I appreciate you. <3

    In 1st recipe:
    I am subbing Sunbutter vs PB in the bars.
    In 2nd Recipe: I will sub jackfruit or soy free beyond meat,, chunked polenta or chickpeas vs the gluten-ful, soy-laden, vegan sausage
    What gluten free, soy free ingredient can I sub for the Tofu, in the 2nd recipe, tho? Updated to add" I am subbing PUMFU (pumpkin-based, soy free Tofu).
