  1. I'll try the mexican version for one my vegan friend who is coming over for dinner.
    For Moroccon one, I'd suggest to use Sumac instead of smoked paprika, though I love the touch of chewy dates with quinoa 😉

  2. There is nothing typically Moroccan in the Moroccan version ! Pistachios are not a commun ingredient in Moroccan cuisine. Carrots are a basic ingredient as well as chickpeas and tahini is middle eastern. But it looks delicious !

  3. They all look delicious. I will try them tomorrow. thanks for the tipps. I will use bulgurwheat instead of quinoa as i have bulgur in my cupboard. Hope that is ok.
