  1. Yep this is definately a keeper and it my official go to recipe for chicken. I love the recipe as you have it but I have also adapted it to a chicken and rice dish – the seasonings from the chicken make the rice amazing.

  2. I just made this and let me tell you something….. I can barley cook and when I do, I always panic lol
    I accidentally poured the sauce over the chicken
    I didn't know how to tell how the chicken was fully cooked till a lot of the sauce was gone
    Overall it was seriously amazing, the sauce was so yummy the potatoes were bliss and the chicken 😍

  4. My third time cooking this and it's still awesome! I'd like to make smaller yet more portions for a pot luck. Maybe 15 or 20 or more portions. How can I do this? Drum sticks instead of thighs? Nuggets? I want people to think I can cook but my secret is Claudia!

  5. I am making this and it is in the oven as I type…using boneless skinless breasts instead (just because I already had them.) Also omitting parm cheese (just because I DIDN'T have it). Smells great and quite easy. Can't wait to dig in!

  7. Claudia I made this and my family loved it! I have a question though. My sauce was nice and thick in the pan when I was making it and pouring it over. When I took it out of the oven it had thinned out so much. Still had great flavor though.
