On Kindle but I didn't find this product here. It's called rice bran oil I found some vegetables that were cooked in it at Costco. Since I've already made the purchase I was wondering what your thoughts were on rice bran oil

  3. Hi, You are seriously helping me . Thank you. I just bought Better Body Foods naturally refined coconut oil. USDA Organic, Non GMO, no need to refrigerate, and was only $6.00 for 28 ounces. I have a feeling it's not a winner. ???

  4. Wait a minute I don't think I heard u saying what's the very best oil to use and the video has ended huh?
Next video try to bring out the best point to viewers first, verses the worst pointers for the last.
    Hopefully this makes sense
Your points are interesting but try to aim for the best points first.
    Thank u
    Good luck 🤞

  5. Thank you for your info. To avoid fried food is a healthy idea,, but if you need it, use coconut oil, and be not so frugal in its use. Never use Canola oil, which instead of being good, may cause so many health problems. It is not your fault, because it was promoted as good oil from its beginnings. It has never been good. It is so neat, that it goes to the capillaries and people end up having eye problems. I wish that people who make it, get another type of plant that is not that harmful, because they also have to take advantage of nature in the right way.

  6. Omg! I’m so happy to find out about your book, what a great idea! It’s a lifesaver for me, because I’ve been keping my own spreadsheet trying to remember all of this different names and trying to keep up with which ingredients are save and which ones are not! So my sincere thank you to you and everyone who helped to create this book 🤗🤗🤗🤗

  7. I hold my breath each time you replace a bottle while looking away. I anticipate an expensive accident occurring. I'm in the Caribbean, virgin (we call it raw) coconut oil is the only oil that makes sense. I want the coconut flavour and smell, it's fantastic. Heart disease has only become a problem here since almost all other oils are cheaper. Soy oil is now a staple here.

  8. Thats really cool how your providing service & knowledge for people, for free. I must say, youre incredibly knowledgeable and I've personally found you very useful, thank you 🙏
