  1. I've tried several diff recipes and this one is the best. I usually make a triple batch of sauce to help extend the meal over a couple days; first with rice and then also with low mein noodles. My fam loves. I have frozen the sauce. It is best fresh, but thawed is doable.

    My tweeks:
    I don't think there was enough sauce, so I doubled up the sauce recipe in the end. Also, I only used 1 tbsp of sesame seeds. Next time I make it I think I will try just using flour. I used corn starch and I don't like how it fries. There's a powdery taste left behind. Usually when I fry chicken with flour I get the same crunch.

  6. I love this recipe – I actually have only made it substituting the chicken for tofu chunks, I got the idea after making the korean dish Dubu-gangjeong. My daughter and i just inhaled the dish – it was soo good! I will definitely make it with chicken soon

  7. Can I substitute TOFU for the chicken?? I'd love to see you give vegan ideas and suggestions to your recipes. Also, have you ever experimented with an AIRFRYER instead of using oil frying? Thanks.
