What I eat everyday now is 1 cup of old fashioned oats (Quaker oats is the brand I’m pretty sure) with 1 cup of original almond milk, heat it up in the microwave for 2 min, take it out, add a half a cup of protein powder (I personally like vanilla flavor) mix it up and eat, it’s honestly very good, everyday breakfast routine, it’s around 420 calories also and it fills you up
