  1. Made that bread and put a steak umm, with a slice of cheese. Good stuff! I put the bread in the toaster after it was cooked as well with some butter on top. Definitely something I can adapt to as a substitute for bread, amen!

  3. DISCLAIMER: if your doing keto for fat loss, only the last one is viable, they all look so calorie dense. Even though its low carb you still need to have a net positive calorie expenditure😅
