  1. Tried almond-Oats protien Balls, delicious and quick to make (in 15 min).. firstly i tried in the form of bars but batter was very sticky so made round shape like yours.. I later grounded almond powder, coated and stored in the small container, now they don't stick to each other..really enjoyed making and eating. Thanks for sharing🥰🥂

  2. I tried the first omelette today, and since for me it is difficult to eat onion and pepper in the morning, I did it for lunch. 
    I added 100 g of ground beef to have proteins because it was lunch: it was delicious!
