    1. Sugary Sodas and Juices- Fruit Infused Water, Kombucha, Sparkling Water
    2. Sugary Coffee- Black Coffee with Almond Milk and Monk Fruit Sugar
    3. Processed Cereal, Instant Oatmeal- Homemade Oatmeal topped with fruits, nut butter, and yogurt.
    4. Boxed Pancake Mix- Homemade Pancake Batter: Oats, Eggs, and Mashed Banana
    5. Traditional Bread- Ezekiel Bread
    6. White Pasta- Whole Wheat Pasta
    7. White Rice- Brown Rice, Quinoa, Barley, Millet, and other Whole Grains
    8. Flour Tortilla- Corn Tortilla
    8. Candies and Chocolate- 80% Dark Chocolate, Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates,

  2. Well, this isnt really a swap but wholegrain pasta tastes basically the same as white pasta. Wholegrain is so much healthier and after a couple tries you wont taste the difference!

  3. Instead of using white tortillas u can use brown wholewheat ones! They are still really delicious and don't make you feel like your missing out on anything! I sometimes have it with lettuce shredded chicken and some mayo. 7 year old me loved this combo!

  4. Healthy food is subjective. As long u feel good about what u eat, that’s healthy for the individual. I could eat rice but in small moderation, I could consider that healthy as well. Sometimes all u need to do is just cut down rather than swap out. Moderation and balance is key to healthy eating.
